@dl4bnews Ok thanks, must be compatibility isssue with my laptop or firefox browser. Had to ditch a quote request as took over an hour to tick boxes etc. Android phone couldn't view page properly. Will give it a try again tomorrow in chrome when my tech patience level is recharged! Cheers

@ParcelHero a month on and you still owe us money for parcels that were never collected. Worst service I've had. How much do you make taking customer's money, not providing service and not refunding them? Why do you exist? Never had such an issue dealing direct with couriers.
