@arthur_caranta Hey Arthur, it’s automatic but can be limited by iOS and how you use your device. There’s further explanation in the troubleshooting section, or if you follow up via the support email I can provide some more detailed answers that way https://t.co/kynoNQe1vR
@davepdotorg Hey Dave, thanks for your patience. Appreciate that! You can reach out to support(at)https://t.co/5KPI1zNBeo. Let’s get your issue sorted out :)
@Teesche Thanks for your purchase and support! API Export is now part or Automations. Create a new automation and select REST API as the export destination and that’s the new version of API Export. This now allows you export to multiple URLs and multiple types of exports :)
@jayragudadotcom Thanks for writing. It looks like that’s a bug, I’ll get a a fix out ASAP. Exporting as JSON seems to be fine in the mean time. If you need this ASAP I can send you a beta version when the fix is ready. Reach out to https://t.co/SDdJjt1SSm if interested :)
@_PeterKirk Hi Peter, there are a few different options for exporting. The following guide should prove helpful, but if there’s anything that’s not answered here, feel free to follow up: https://t.co/w3sP4btwZ1
@nick_j_stevens I see. That option isn’t available right now, the challenge being iOS’s restrictions around background processing, access to health data and the available time windows where the app would actually be able to run. I’ll have another look and test whether I can make it happen.
Automatically exporting Apple Health data to Dropbox? It’s now possible in v6.1 of Health Auto Export with direct Dropbox integration!

@__steele@marknca After noticing a traffic spike I was able to track down this thread. Thanks for sharing and please reach out if there’s any improvement I can make. I love posting these projects on the app blog, so if you have your own blog post or a GitHub link I’d love to re-share this!
@Oetzberg Hey, thanks for reaching out. Which version of the app are you on? The Apple Watch connectivity is a bit shaky, so I’ve removed some details there from view since they cause confusion. If you have everything set up on iPhone correctly, you should be getting data synced.
@sprague Thanks for your recommendation! iOS 15 broke a few things I’m working on fixing. If there’s anything I can help with, feel free to reach out any time!
Can’t believe I didn’t already know about this app: Auto @HealthExport by Lybron Sobers. If you use Apple Health, it’s everything you wish for on exporting, auto-syncing, and aggregation. $12 after a 2 week free trial. https://t.co/r4wgORWDSf
