As a former CAG Scholar, I know what these programs can mean to a trainee.
Cancelling Scholars, GRIT and Research Topics in 2027 means losing mentorship, opportunity and a place in the Canadian GI community.
@CanGastroAssn, what is the plan to bring them back?
Abortion is not just health care, it is a human right. Beyond infringing on bodily autonomy, there are conditions in pregnancy that result in death without safe abortion care. This is a calling for all in medicine to stand on the side of justice https://t.co/8FdGtvwI2L
Today my colleague Dr. Gabor Kandel was inducted as part of a prestigious group - the @UofT_DoM Academy of Master Clinicians, recognizing his physicianship and excellence in patient care.
But few know who he is.
I wanted to let you know about this amazing man. #gitwitter

@AusDrGupta@rajitgilhotra@LizzieAbyMD Similar here in Canada 🇨🇦! Lots of variability in exposure to liver transplant and even hepatology. Same for advanced endoscopy/therapeutics. I think all programs offer a solid foundation but some may be a better fit than others depending on your career goals!
