@bigbeast155 @realcubsinsider The point is the Cubs are “cheap” and would rather save money. They have one of the lowest payroll/revenue ratios in the MLB this year. They easily could’ve upgraded the rotation or bullpen also, but decided not to. Why is this so hard to understand Dave?
