Here's exactly how I helped a client go from 828 views to 8.4k views per video:

Step 1: Audit the packaging
His thumbnails were clean but unclear.
Titles were descriptive but not clickable.

We asked: "Would someone searching this topic feel compelled to click THIS over the other 10 options?"
Answer was no.
So we fixed it.

Step 2: Rewrite the hooks
First 30 seconds decide everything.
We cut the throat-clearing.
No "hey guys" or channel intros.
Straight into the tension.

Step 3: Optimize for search intent
He was making videos about what HE wanted to talk about.
We shifted to what his audience was already searching for.

Step 4: Thumbnail A/B testing
We created 3 thumbnail versions per video.
Swapped them based on CTR data after 48 hours.
One thumbnail swap 10x'd a video that was dying.

Result: 11x watch time.
10x views.
Packaging and positioning did the heavy lifting.
