@DearthDealer @esrtweet There are several no name brands that advertise “non-smart TVs”. You can also spend more and get a TV that’s made for business signage, a “commercial monitor” like LG UH5N series. The easiest thing is to just get a normal smart TV and never let it on the Internet.
