To secure your extraterritorial protection rights, all compatriots must now formalize their legal status through our Diplomatic Mission in Australia.

Purpose of the Protocol

Unified Legal Framework: Merges localized factions and scattered political claims into a singular, internationally recognized self-determination framework.

Statutory Protection: Establishes your Biafran identity status & satisfy refugee criteria under Section 36(2)(a)(for refugee applicants) and protects your conscience under Section 5J(3) of the Migration Act.

Risk Mitigation: Counters the active monitoring of Biafran nationals by foreign intelligence services by integrating applicants into a verified geopolitical collective.

Required Documentation

Applicants must present themselves to the Mission Office to issue and deploy ICAO Doc 9303 compliant National IDs and Sovereign Nationality Certificates. These instruments fulfill the technical requirements for global state participation and serve as binding legal evidence of your political identity.

Day 5 PMs Appeal in Finland

The Appeal process for the USB PM Simon Ekpa continued today

The United States of Biafra possesses a distinct, non negotiable locus standing as a functioning administrative entity whose Head of Government, Prime Minister Simon Ekpa, was abruptly and arbitrarily removed from his human rights and organizational duties prior to the Restoration of Independence.

This appeal and case Must be terminated immediately and Simon Ekpa released. This case is politically motivated lacks merit and jurisdiction.

On a different note;

It has come to the notice of the government that one Ifeanyi in Finland has claimed on a social media platform (attached exhibit) that nobody will see the PM in Finland without passing through him.

This claim is false. No individual, no group leader, no State officer has the right or power to control, block, gate-keep or charge for access to PM Simon Ekpa.

In Finland, prison visits for remand prisoners are approved ONLY by:

1. The Finnish Prison Service (Rikosseuraamuslaitos)
2. And by PM Simon Ekpa himself

USB Government does not collect money for visits and does not give anyone exclusive right to arrange visits.

If anyone threatens you, asks you for money, or says you must be loyal to them to see PM, please do NOT argue with them. Quietly save the message and report confidentially to USB Legal Desk, 404-343-1801, or to the prison authorities.

AFFIDAVIT OF DE FACTO TERRITORIAL CONTROL
*UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA (USB)*

I, Dr. Ngozi Orabueze, Deputy Prime Minister, United States of Biafra, do hereby depose and state:

1. NATURE OF CONTROL
On Monday, August 11, 2026, at approximately 0900 hours local time, the entire territory of Biafraland comprising Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo and parts of Delta, Rivers, Cross River was under absolute civil control of the United States of Biafra USB Government in Exile.

2. EVIDENCE
Attached as Exhibits are photographs and videos taken this morning showing major markets in Biafra land completely empty and shut down during peak business hours.

These markets, which normally contains thousands of traders, is empty not because of Nigerian government order, but because of voluntary compliance with the Biafran Monday Sit-At-Home directive under Dr. Orabueze

3. LEGAL TEST FOR EFFECTIVE CONTROL
Under international law, De Facto control is proven by ability to command civil obedience.

a) Nigeria, despite having police and military physically present, *cannot* compel the population to open businesses on Monday.
b) The United States of Biafra, without physical police presence, *can* compel 60+ million people to shut down all economic activity by a single directive.

This demonstrates effective, absolute control of the population and territory.

4. VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE
The Monday Sit-At-Home is voluntary. It has continued for 5 years. This constitutes a weekly referendum where Biafrans vote 100% for Biafra self-governance and rejection of Nigerian authority.

CONCLUSION
The United States of Biafra maintains De Facto territorial control over Biafra land. Nigeria's control is De Jure on paper only, but De Facto failed.

REPORT OF HARASSMENT OF BIAFRAN CITIZENS IN FINLAND – CALL FOR EVIDENCE

The Government of the United States of Biafra has received reports that some Biafran citizens who travelled to Finland to show solidarity and support for the Prime Minister during his appeal were marginalized, threatened, harassed, and verbally and physically assaulted.

The USB Government strongly condemns such acts. Such behaviour is unacceptable in the new nation we are building — a nation founded on Peace, Respect, Unity, Equality, Progress and Equity. Such actions were neither approved by our leader, the PM nor the DPM.

The United States of Biafra will protect its people and its territory, wherever they are.

We therefore call on ANYONE affected to please send:

1. Your full account of what happened, including videos, photos, or audio evidence;

2. Names or descriptions of persons involved, date, time, and location of the incident;

3. Even if you were not directly involved but observed, heard, or felt any action, anywhere that made you uncomfortable before, during or after your visit to Finland;

NIGERIA IS WAGING A SECRET WAR IN BIAFRA CHRISTIAN TERRITORY – MUST STOP ATTACKS ON USB CITIZENS

The Government of the United States of Biafra raises serious alarm over the ongoing secret war being waged by Nigerian President Tinubu, Bianca Onoh Ojukwu, Charles Soludo, Hope Uzodinma, Peter Mbah, state militia and security forces in Biafran territory.

Our citizens are being attacked in their own ancestral land. Homes are being raided, innocent people are being abducted, and lives are being lost daily in a systematic campaign of occupation and intimidation.

We state unequivocally: Nigeria is forcefully occupying a sovereign nation. The United States of Biafra was declared on November 29th, 2024, in Lahti, Finland, following a democratic mandate by Biafrans worldwide.

1. An immediate end to all military operations and attacks against USB citizens in our territory.

URGENT PUBLIC NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DPM AND DEFENCE SECRETARY

The attention of the United States of Biafra Government has been drawn to a meeting held last Monday in the name of ESN, organized by sacked BRGIE members including Solomon Nkwocha and Ezeamurunobi, together with certain individuals in IPOB organization claiming they were appointed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu MNK as fourth administration.

At the said meeting, which participants were reportedly told to keep secret from the DPM, they were falsely told that MNK authorized them to reassemble ESN. The organizers also threaten to attack innocent United States of Biafra USB citizens that refused to attend the fraudulent ESN meeting.

This is to warn all concerned to stop actions that deceive and endanger innocent Biafrans.

For the avoidance of doubt, there is NO ESN operating in the whole Biafra territory and IPOB organization has been dissolved (attached)

Onyendu has NOT authorized any reassembling of ESN which the PM disbanded due to the IPOB organization’s collaboration with the Nigeria DSS after MNK was kidnapped.

The United States of Biafra was declared on November 29th, 2024 in Lahti, Finland, and our restoration is being pursued through peaceful and legal means to fully secure our new Christian Nation.

No other organization is welcomed in Biafra territory in the name of Biafra freedom / freedom fighting.
