@Hertz Ive just got some email from Alvin from customer service he said you will refund and that this fee is not for cleaning but some damages (they’ve sent me a photos of some dirty back seats though). I had a full insurance paid. Please take a closer look at this branch.

@dobbopd @Hertz I had a shocking experience with them too. There was a paint chip of a minute size and they were demanding that it be repaired and was not “wear and tear”. Will never use them again

The only way to fix it is to have the inventory
Giving me a free rental won't.
