@Apple Hello I was trying to give my husbands old ipad to our Grandson and I know the email and mobile but both are no longer accessible. Tried reset password but no idea why the DOB is not working. Any suggestions on how I can reset this? thanks Kim

@splursty@BarclaysUKHelp Good luck Kirsty. I did eventually get it sorted but still have other issues. Barlcays you really need to up your game with customer service. It took me over an hour to arrange how to get change last week. That was on top of my colleague trying for 3 hours! π
@BarclaysUKHelp had weeks of trying to get 'update your details' resolved. 6 weeks ago sent in untold paperwork. Now my account is restricted. After getting a call back 5 mins ago & getting cut off the barclays staff didn't call me back and I cannot call that number. Need help π«

@EmmaMahomed@TUIUK I received the same email & called the help centre. The lady tried to help but didn't really have an answer for me. Looks like Tui sent out an email without updating the travel rules per Gov website. TUI it would be great if you can send an updated email to stop us all panicking
