The pipeline terminates well south of the exclusion zone. The other bill is to ensure the mess that the TMX is in does not reoccur

@dseetharaman I can certainly see legitimate reasons to store non-user data for security purposes such as black listing and profiling. Of course we will have to see what their sources are and if the data is identifiable as that will prove interesting with the upcoming GDPR.
