Regarding $BFI BurgerFi: thank you to @law360union for a great piece and my quotes on Burger Fi. It was doomed from the onset and should not have gone public. RT: BurgerFi Is Latest Restaurant Chain To Go Bankrupt — Outlaw360 (https://t.co/ii0d0kN6RM)

@KarimalaKaya @charlottetklein That wasn't actually the same news though. News of the impending swap, which was indeed already reported, is not the same as news that the hostages were finally on U.S. soil and free. An important distinction, because the deal could have fallen apart after initial reports.
@charlottetklein What was the actual embargo - that media outlets could report the hostages were free at a specific time, like 8 am? Or when they were off the plane, which would explain why WSJ had someone on the ground with binoculars? I'm curious why Bloomberg decided to publish when it did.
I'm tired of having to walk out. I want to get back to the job I love, but I won't stand for illegal layoffs and bad bargaining. Get it together @Law360 management and @LexisNexis. #Layoffs360@nyguild@law360union
READY TO STRIKE: The votes are in! Our members have approved a strike and are ready to show management that our strength is in our solidarity. #Law360StrikeVote

Even though BuzzFeed News has closed down, we’re still at the bargaining table, making sure everyone losing their jobs is being treated fairly.
Unfortunately, BuzzFeed couldn’t care less 🧵
@jonathanmaze more pushback on pricing in those places where the guidance from pricing advisors wasn't followed.... which I thought was pretty interesting.
