@MikeOshadami @Nithya_Shrii My 6 year old looked at me like an alien when he found out I didn't enjoy doing laundry.
He thought it was just a fun past time for me.
I then explained one day he will grow up and I won't help him with laundry and he promptly said he was happy he was a kid.
@sonyasupposedly Just care for your parents because you have a soul.
Not for their money just because it is the order of things.
If your parents did you wrong, well see to it kindness wins and take responsibility for what's right.
@OrevaZSN Imagine before electricity. Just went to bed when the sun went down or sat by fire light...
I'm sure they didn't mind though after doing physicl labor 12+ hours 6-7 days a week.
@rosebythec@onu_slim This comment made me laugh thank you.
Im 32 and have been fixated on aging for the last couple weeks.
Good to know not everything turns upside down when you hit 70.
@newstart_2024 In 1800s average age was 15 to 16.
They consider less calories and less consistent nutrition a large factor.
This makes sense, a lot of people who underwater have inconsistent or non l existent cycles.
@YargosKenworthy@UziCryptoo Wake up when I want, go where I want, answer to no one.
Go on a beach vacation once a year instead of "traveling the world" and don't spend 100+ on food and drinks every weekend.
It's a trade off.
But appreciate this last response much more than
"Sounds fucking awful"

@YargosKenworthy@UziCryptoo Your feelings don't surprise me in the slightest.
People that idolize money can't imagine prioritizing anything else.
They also tend to get defensive and put people down when people call it for what it is.
Keep up the good work YK, that money won't make itself๐
@GoreloRuth98405@missssssaaaa@goodedonnae@DrPlantel I agree
But if we are paying for eachothers preexisting conditions... well..ones diabetes caused by obesity is now my problem.
Drop the ACA and it solves the problem.
@GoreloRuth98405@goodedonnae@DrPlantel 2/essentially we are saying because some people have preexisting conditions we ALL should pay for it. If that's the stance so be it, but to complain about the cost knowing this is questionable.
@GoreloRuth98405@goodedonnae@DrPlantel Right, but if companies were actually allowed to compete in price by offering/not offering coverage prices would drop making it more feasible for people to enroll and cheaper for companies to offer as a benefit.
@missssssaaaa@goodedonnae@DrPlantel@GoreloRuth98405 Okay so the correct wording would be
"It's not possible for ME to have kids responsibly right now as I can't afford my life now."
Not "it's impossible to afford kids on one income"
