Somalia is integrating GBV risk-mitigation across all digital cash systems — from stronger policies and survivor-friendly complaints mechanisms to gender-sensitive training for mobile agents and partnerships with women-led organizations.

MoLSA reaffirms its commitment to safe, empowering digital cash that strengthens women’s autonomy, dignity, and protection of vulnerable households.
