THEY AREN’T SINKHOLES. IT’S OUTDATED, UNDERSIZED STORM PIPES/CULVERTS. Maybe now y’all will understand the importance of stream connectivity, proper stormwater management, reducing impervious surfaces, creating green infrastructure, restoring urban streams.
