You know there's a vast difference between purified EPA and over the counter vegetable oils, right? But to answer your question: Purified EPA likely contributes to anti-thrombotic shifts (pro-fibrinolytic) and reduces the formation of oxidized phospholipids, which would counteract Lp(a)'s atherogenicity. Care to answer my question?
