Over the last few years, we've been combining CRISPR screens with multimodal readouts of gene expression (RNA) and chromatin accessibility (DNA). In this study, we bring those together within the same cells.

@medrxivpreprint Plasma and CSF throughout the entire treatment period of 30 days, supporting the use of microRNAs as a pharmacodynamic marker of target engagement. These results enocurage larger and longer trials to test Enoxacin efficacy in patients with #ALS.
