Youtubes AI has denied two of my appeals for falsely demonetizing my whole channel. I was hit with "misleading family content" to which once again I say, my videos are not made for kids, nor have I ever put my videos are "made for kids"

We are 3 days into my false demonization and I've still got no new email update on my case. It is always the same email back every time, without even POINTING OUT one thing to the reason why im banned for "misleading family content".

You guys have even commented on my video addressing the situation saying your team is taking a "closer look" into it. Yet I've gotten no email updates on the timeline of my case. It would take a HUMAN 5 minutes to see my case and easily tell the AI has made a mistake. I am still waiting @YouTube @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

What the actual fuck @YouTube ??? I just recieved this email saying my youtube channel will lose monetisation for "unoriginal content".

Mind you this is how this channel looks like. I post a lot of very creative stuff I would say. Making a vtuber model in less than 2 hours, cooking handcams, making a cosplay of myself, a 20k steps marathon, cleaning and cooking a whole fish, and some gaming in between.

All my content in this channel is fully produced by me, thumbnails are hand drawn by me, just say you hate all vtubers at this point. There is not even ANY react content on here, mind you... Ruined my evening, will submit an appeal tomorrow but this AI moderation bs is getting out of fucking hand.

I made a mistake on my original channel. A BIG ONE.

My channel was created December 10, 2023. By November 19, 2025, Social Blade showed 811 VIDEOS AND NO STRIKES OR WARNINGS.

I deleted 500+ VIDEOS MYSELF, leaving 240.

From November 19–29, Social Blade shows 101 MORE VIDEOS while the channel grew from around 9.6K TO 24.9K SUBSCRIBERS.

Those 101 videos were my CTA content. I was telling people to like, subscribe, comment and follow me on Roblox in exchange for help.

YES. I MESSED UP. THIS WAS INCENTIVE CONTENT, AND I’M SORRY.

I had NO IDEA it violated YouTube’s rules. If I had been warned, THOSE 101 VIDEOS WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE IN FIVE MINUTES.

Instead, my channel was terminated on NOVEMBER 30.

I then went directly to Support and asked what I was allowed to do with my other channels.

YOUR SUPPORT TEAM TOLD ME I COULD USE THEM AS LONG AS THEY WEREN’T LINKED TO THE TERMINATED CHANNEL.

THEY TOLD ME YES. I LISTENED.

My second channel was created MARCH 27, 2025, months before my termination. It had 0 videos and 0 subscribers when I started using it.

From December 5 to May 13, I built it from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS with tons of clean, original content, real fans and a real community.

Then on MAY 13, during the YouTube outage, I had repeated upload failures.

That channel was terminated for CIRCUMVENTION.

I WASN’T TRYING TO CIRCUMVENT ANYTHING.

I had already gone to your Support team and asked what I was allowed to do.

Then on JUNE 8, the rest of my channels were removed too, including channels with little or no content.

I MESSED UP ONCE. YOUR SUPPORT TEAM GAVE ME AN ANSWER THAT TURNED OUT TO BE WRONG. NOW FIX THIS.

Review BOTH CHANNELS.
Review my SUPPORT CHATS.
Review what happened on MAY 13.

I’M NOT SAYING REINSTATE ME RIGHT NOW.

I just want you to ACTUALLY REVIEW THE HARD WORK I PUT INTO EVERY CHANNEL, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CREATOR DESERVES.

And if that review shows my 40K channel was removed because of what your Support team told me, THEN GIVE ME MY 40K CHANNEL BACK. PLEASE.

After almost 2 months I finally got their attention and got them to reply.

They promised to give my channel a manual look by a specialist.

Literally an hour later I get a rejection from them, ONCE AGAIN!

ONLY ONE HOUR LATER!!

No mention of which part of my channel violated their policy, no clarification.

They just labelled my channel "misleading family content" with no proof.

None of my fans, none of my supporters, none of the other creators, not even the people that dont know me, but saw my tweets and my content. None of them think my channel targets young audiences.

My appeal video that they said they will watch is stil at 0 views.

What else do I have to do to get a manual review?

How can I prove that my channel is in line with YouTube's Policies, when YouTube simple refuses to listen?
