Antisemitism is a stain on our nation and a threat to the values that define us as Americans.
That is why I am proud to cosponsor the Jewish American Security Act, bipartisan legislation that strengthens security for Jewish institutions, protects students on campus, and confronts hate online.
In Miami and across America, we stand strong with our Jewish brothers and sisters. 🇺🇸✡️
“It is vital that we invest in whole-of-government and whole-of-society approaches that will keep Jewish and all communities safe.” — @AmySpitalnick in @JTAnews
The bipartisan Jewish American Safety Act helps do just that.

Armed guards at synagogues and Jewish schools are unfortunately a reality of life today. That's why adequate security funding is critical. The bipartisan Jewish American Security Act would boost federal nonprofit security grants to $1 billion, providing crucial funding opportunities for Jewish institutions and other at-risk nonprofits. ADL urges Congress to pass it swiftly. https://t.co/WrzZJcLt65
“It’s really important that we gain and bolster allies from outside the Jewish community, because ultimately antisemitism is hate, and hate is easily transferable, and history has taught us that,” Rep. Dan Goldman said in an interview with @marcrod97.

As Chair of the House Bipartisan Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, I proudly introduced the bipartisan, bicameral Jewish American Security Act alongside @RepMikeLawler that will take significant steps to fight antisemitism on schools and campuses, synagogues and non-profits, and online.
Every American deserves to practice their faith without fear, intimidation and violence.

Today, @NDiament joined lawmakers to introduce the Jewish American Security Act, to protect Jewish students, boost NSGP funding, and hold social media companies accountable.
We're grateful to @RepDanGoldman and @RepMikeLawler for their work in keeping Jewish communities safe.
EXCLUSIVE | @RepDanGoldman and @RepMikeLawler are leading 28 colleagues in introducing a House version of the Jewish American Security Act, the package of antisemitism-related legislation introduced last month in the Senate.

With antisemitism at record levels, Jewish communities deserve nothing less than a strong federal commitment to their safety. The Jewish American Security Act is the kind of bold, bicameral action this moment calls for. We thank @RepDanGoldman and @RepMikeLawler for leading this effort and urge Congress to pass it without delay. https://t.co/rJb6BZ9nJS
Today on Capitol Hill, JCPA CEO @AmySpitalnick joined lawmakers to mark the House introduction of the Jewish American Security Act — a bipartisan bill that would strengthen security for our communities, protect students' civil rights, and address online antisemitism & extremism.
As Co-Chair of the House Bipartisan Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, I seen firsthand the dramatic escalation of antisemitism across New York City and the country.
Today, I was proud to join @SenJackyRosen to announce the Senate introduction of our bipartisan, bicameral Jewish American Security Act, which takes decisive action to address the scourge of antisemitism on campuses, houses of worship, and online.
I’m eager to turn this bill into law so that Jewish Americans can feel safer around the country.
Thank you, @RepDanGoldman, for a thoughtful conversation on confronting rising antisemitism and how Congress can turn concern into action.
Leadership, bipartisanship, and clear moral voices matter in this moment - and as Co-Chair of the @HouseBTFCA, you're helping lead the fight against hate.
I was honored to host Zach Shemper, President of Beth Israel, at last week's Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism meeting.
Beth Israel, the recent target of an arson that destroyed much of the historic synagogue, is tragically all too familiar with this type of hate. In 1967, this synagogue was the victim of a bombing by the KKK.
As we continue to battle rising antisemitism, we discussed the urgent need to dramatically increase funding for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program and passage of the Pray Safe Act.
We must realize that hate against one is hate against all and unite together to fight it.
Honored to host @biannagolodryga and @AJCCEO Ted Deutsch to discuss soaring antisemitism among America’s youth and the horrific antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney.
We all must come together to address the rise of antisemitism.
Two Jews were murdered in our nation's capital two weeks ago. Now another horrific, murderous attack in Colorado.
This is what happens when antisemitic hate is normalized.
This is what happens when too many remain silent in response to antisemitic hate.
I am praying for all those impacted by this tragedy.
A peaceful march to honor the hostages still held by Hamas became the target of yet another vile act of antisemitic violence.
My heart and prayers are with those injured, their loved ones, and every member of our Jewish community mourning this senseless attack.
As Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism, I will continue to stand firm. Hate, in any form, must never be met with silence. It must be confronted—decisively, forcefully, and together.
I am horrified by the attack in Boulder today on the eve of Shavout. These acts of hate and violence are inexcusable. We must continue to condemn antisemitism in all its forms and stand with the Jewish community in Boulder and across the country.
My heart is with all the victims, and I am praying for their recovery.
I agree with Mr Greenblatt, and I stand with our Jewish-American community. The hate is repugnant and the antithesis of American values. The violence is illegal and perpetrators need to be put behind bars and held accountable.
The ADL’s newly released audit reveals a historic surge in antisemitism across the US.
In 2024, we saw the highest number of antisemitic incidents since the ADL began tracking.
This week, @HouseBTFCA met with @JGreenblattADL to discuss how Congress can respond.
Last week, I spent time with lawmakers in DC to discuss the urgent need to combat antisemitism and protect our communities. I met with @ChuckGrassley, @BillCassidy, @JohnFetterman and @RepRaskin - leaders on both sides of the aisle committed to fighting hate. I also met with the @HouseBTFCA to discuss the latest findings of @ADL's 2024 Audit of Antisemitic Incidents.
That same week, two young, innocent people - Sarah and Yaron z"l - were targeted for attending a Jewish organization's event and murdered in our nation's capital.
We’re grateful to the Members standing with the Jewish community and taking action to confront antisemitism when it matters most. And let's be clear: it matters most now.
