@northernassist @merseyrail Hello @northernassist I raised this with examples yesterday, short of repeating myself if you just try buying a ticket for the peak time journey in Merseyside your app offers an off-peak ticket

@northernassist But @merseyrail don't sell e-tickets. It's your app that's offering to sell off-peak tickets for peak-time trains, I wonder how understanding the @northernassist "revenue protection" staff will be when passengers have the wrong ticket

@northernassist This was for the 7:20 train, but as you can see it's showing £3.80 for all the subsequent trains too, only because this is a regular journey I knew that's the off-peak price

@northernassist It doesn't until you get to the next stage when you have a choice of tickets, but nowhere does it warn you that the ticket isn't valid for the selected train time, this is a change in the app it didn't used to do this.
