Today many people are tweeting Windows’s new Start Menu which could hide “All Apps”
But it has been practicable through Group Policy long before
No big surprise though
Hype always wins though
1. Win + R open Run and type "gpedit.msc" to open Grop Policy.
2. Navigate to: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.
3. Scroll and click "Remove All Programs list from the Start menu". Set "Enabled" and choose "Collapse" from Options.
4. "OK".
