Easter Science with the little dude - his prediction is that the vinegar will crack the shell and turn all the egg green (not bad).
I could extend him and ask him to do a bit of computational thinking to sequence the steps to do it.... π #teachermum
Finally got this bad boy up in my learning space - thanks to my lovely year 13's for being as OCD as me and getting the spirit level out to get it up π€£ @RollestonCol@CarolynAGreen
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Sir Ken Robinson died peacefully yesterday, 21st August 2020, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.
We will be following up with a further update as we begin to follow Sir Kenβs wishes and honour his legacy.

@mattynicoll Q6: Linking in profiles with ALL the information! As Bron @KiwiTecha has said with one of our other docs - it can be the Ako 'mothership'

@SoffRalph@mattynicoll Good point - you could ask for volunteers each week to come up with a check and connect? Maybe a themed one for the character strength of the week? #RollEdNZ
@mattynicoll In Hotoke we've done the same - small teams in charge of each Ako strand e.g. Numeracy. In workshops we've organised the sub-groups so that there's a specialist in each workshop so the kids are getting the best every week e.g. a Math teacher in each numeracy workshop #RollEdNZ
@mattynicoll@shandley16 I agree - gathering the data is awesome and there are some good ways to collect (google forms etc) but integrating this and having the time to apply any responses is a challenge! #RollEdNZ
@mattynicoll#RollEdNZ Those little tips and tricks that you usually only learn once you make the mistakes and learn from them... as a new teacher those tiny tidbits can make all the difference in how a lesson runs
