Answer: Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy ( Broken Heart Syndrome)

The echocardiogram demonstrates apical ballooning, characterized by:
- Severe hypokinesis/akinesis of the mid and apical LV segments
- Relatively preserved or hyperdynamic basal segment contraction

In the setting of acute chest pain following intense emotional stress, this pattern is classic for Takotsubo cardiomyopathy.
