THE WORST DAYS FOR NIGERIANS IN 2023.
1. February 25 - on this day INEC switched of its portal to disallow the electronic transmission of Presidential election results because it saw that Peter Obi was winning the polls. It called it technical glitch.
2. March 1 - Prof. Mahmood Yakubu announced Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 Presidental election in Nigeria without evidence to show how he won the election.
3. September 26 - Presidential election petitions court headed by Justice Tsammani ruled that petitions against the declaration of Bola Tinubu as President lacks merit and dismissed them. Judgment failed to hear the substance of most of the issued on the petitions but ruled based on technicalities.
4. October 6 - the Supreme Court led by Justice John Inyang Okoro sustained the judgement of the #PEPC and threw out all petitions against Bola Tinubu's declaration as elected Nigeria's President.
5. December 25 - hundreds of Nigerians were murdered in villages in Plateau State by marauding terrorists right from the eve of Christmas.
In Nigeria over the past decade and a half, a stark and horrifying reality unfolds, largely ignored by the global community. More than 100,000 Nigerian Christians have been subject to ruthless and merciless killings from Islamic terrorists. Yet, the international response to this grotesque reality has been silence. World leaders and, sadly, even Nigeria's own political and religious leaders have chosen reticence over redress, silence over action.
Why, you may ask, are Nigeria's political and religious leaders shying away from openly addressing such a grave issue? The answers are multiple and complicated. There's denial of the manifestation of religious intolerance and, more worryingly, a sense of political expediency that certain coalition of powers stand to reap by turning a blind eye to the core problem.
The Nigerian government, and more specifically its military forces, have demonstrated a palpable incapacity to respond effectively to, let alone curb, the spread of terrorism in the country. The absence of modern equipment and defensive capability evidences a glaring neglect towards national defence, a sector integral to the preservation of a country's sovereignty and the protection of its people.
In light of these distressing realities, I appeal to Christians nationally and globally to be ever conscious of the circumstances and prepare to defend their right to exist, to express, and to believe. Staying alive is the paramount battle, often faced by vulnerable communities. It is by no means a suggestion to embrace violence but a call to invest in mechanisms that ensure personal and communal safety.
Whilst spiritual strength is important, and praying and reading the Bible should undoubtedly form part of a Christian's daily lifeline, it is also crucial to pragmatically fight the physical battles and equip ourselves in the face of danger. As it says in the Bible, "The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways" (Proverbs 14:8, NIV). Indeed, understanding our reality, preparing for our defence, and advocating for our rights is the embodiment of this wise principle.
To conclude, as Denise Carpenter, a renowned scholar of political and religious conflict, puts it, "Christianity teaches the virtue of turning the other cheek, but it does not expect its followers to stand idle while their brethren are slaughtered. With this in mind, the congregations worldwide must raise their voices against this unconscionable silence to awaken the world to the plight of Nigerian Christians. It is high time we all stand in unity to preserve our shared humanity, irrespective of geographical boundaries or religious identities.

Addressing the issue of artist oppression in the industry is crucial. We mustn't wait for tragedy to strike before taking action.
1. @temmie_ovwasa facing challenges with @Olamide
2. @official_lyta's struggles with @Olamide
3. Cynthia Morgan's longstanding battle against oppression by PSquares - Jude Okoye
4. We have seen tweets of @DONJAZZY's involvement in Wande Coal's struggles in the past, but Wande Coal's unique talent perseveres.
5. Tragically, we've lost @iammohbad_. @officialnairam1 paid individuals to harm and bully him in and outside of the country. Mohbad was just 27 and experienced hell on earth.
The list of such cases is extensive. We urge parties involved to consider legal avenues for resolution. The cycle of artist oppression affecting our youth must cease. They are someone's children!
The Nigerian Police Force @PoliceNG received this petition regarding threats to the life of Late Aloba Oladimeji “Mohbad” in June 2023, they refused to act claiming he didn’t show up when he was invited to defend his petition against his adversaries but now that he is dead, they want to carry out “diligent investigation” Jokers! #RevolutionNow
Peter Obi
The first Politician in the history of Nigeria to make a bold statement that he has never tempered or stolen government money and after eleven months no man could challenge that or prove him wrong.

FIRST OF ITS KIND AND LONG MAY IT LIVE (THE PATRIOTS)!
There was a time people like Sega, Reno, JJ Omojuwa, Deji, Odanz et al influenced for Nigeria. We practically grovel at their feets, elevated them to the place of gods especially that malt bottle sized man. 😉
They took money to brainwash unsuspecting Nigerians when it's election time. But something remarkable was to happen in 2022 when Nigeria's social media space gained her independence. I chose to call it deregulation or elimination of ignorance (removal of subsidy) if you may.😂 Our eyes were all opened when it was clear Nigerians wanted Obi but these e-bandits had taken money as usual to foist their benefactors by claiming Obi was second-tier.
OBIdients in disagreement with PDP's stance and treatment of Obi created a new breed of influencers for Nigeria in a matter of weeks under the captainship of @firstladyship the ship sailed. @chude__ was supplying the footages for proper voter education on the enigma Peter Obi with the assurance you can "GO AND VERIFY". @DavidHundeyin took on the journalistic work of mining sensitive information to arm the movement and it gladdened our hearts. @AbdulMahmud01 providing the legal counsel all pro Bono whenever consulted on the timeline. Honorable mentions are; @Jack_ng01@MissPearls@_weyimi@BOGbadams@General_Oluchi@PO_GrassRootM et al turned up with priceless inputs. For the first time in my adult life I picked interest in campaigning for a candidate even though I wasn't a first time voter and no regrets since that day.
Macro and Micro influencer started popping up and throwing in everything to drown out these "Merchants of Cold-Veins". This singular act earned us names like IPOB, Headless Mob, Obidiots "a variant of OBIdients".😁
The pen had been in their hands for too long, they shaped the narratives while Nigeria suffered but not anymore.
We mobilized on and offline and built a solid momentum, the type no political movement across Africa can be compared to arguably the most potent worldwide. It was a tsunami that neutralized these paid vuvuzelas.
LESSONS HAS BEEN TRULY LEARNT! BUT THIS TIME BY THE LESSON TEACHERS!! 😁😜
The Video of the Presidential Convoy with close to a hundred vehicles in motion doesn’t show seriousness in the pledge to cut the cost of Governance. We are not a rich Arabian Gulf Country. We are a developing African country.
I AM A YORUBA MAN WHO REFUSED TO DRINK POISON BCOS IT IS SERVED IN A TRIBAL CUP! I AM FOR OBI TILL THE END. Some unscrupulous Jagabandits are making it look as if na only Igbos dey support Peter Obi, na lie. I am an Ekiti man, we no dey fear. Retweet if you are still for Obi pls.
