Campaigning for a fair deal that gives everyone opportunity. A fair deal that puts power in your hands. A fair deal that holds the powerful to account.

Nathan Hunt and @markargentLibDe before going out canvassing in Huntingdon with Nathan Hunt last Sunday... now sorting out preparations for some more conversations with voters tomorrow
Thank you to everyone who voted @LibDems yesterday, and who helped in our campaign. Huntingdon wasn't among the Cambs constituencies to send a Lib Dem to Westminster this time, but I'm looking forward to working with everyone in Hunts Liberal Democrats to build for the future.
People in Huntingdon constituency have gained enormously from the contributions of @LibDems in local government since ending Tory rule on Cambridgeshire County Council and Huntingdonshire District Council. It's now time to gain by being represented by a Liberal Democrat MP.
Recorded on the day of the elections in May, this picks up the likelihood of photographic ID having been introduced to help the Conservatives (or help them lose less badly)

Recorded a little while back after the Principal at Hinchingbrooke School resigned and picking up the need for adequate funding for education.

I'm asking for your vote in the General Election. We're facing a huge Labour majority and Tories dysfunctional it will be the @LibDems calling the government to account, but also pushing our NHS, for carers, action on sewage and the cost of living crisis.

Feedback from some canvassing in Godmanchester. Lots of people not voting, or saying "I can't vote Tory but Labour aren't much better". @LibDems are a real alternative, and will be holding the Labour government to account in the next parliament.

Caring isn't just Ed's story, it's the story of millions, caring for each other, dealing with tough times, and keeping going with love.
Liberal Democrats will always be the party that stands up for carers and care workers. 🧡
Back in February I was struck by the way people were talking of immediate issues around the flooding, and not the the climate change which is leading to more and more "extreme" climate events, including heavier rainfall in winter and summer heat waves. https://t.co/FXFOt6PMjo
Every vote for the Liberal Democrats is a vote for a local champion who will fight to save the NHS, stand up for carers, end the sewage crisis and help you with the cost of living. 🔶
Thinking about some of the things in the @LibDems manifesto to help people facing difficult times. I'm thinking about the continued cost of living crises and the threat of inflation and fuel prices rising in the autumn.

Liberal Democrats have a strong commitment to communities and local government. People are benefitting from the work of their @LibDems councillors and I am hoping to carry that approach to Westminster.

Feedback from some canvassing a little while back in St Ives. Lots of people saying "I can't vote Tory any more and Labour aren't much better"... There is the @LibDems alternative --- holding the new Labour government to account.

@LibDems have a plan to reduce waiting time to see a GP to under a week (24 hours if urgent), introduce free social care, and a raft of other things to support our NHS.

Great to be on @BBCr4today this morning to put forward our case to reform the water industry so we can protect our precious rivers and lakes from pollution.
The Liberal Democrats are the only party going into this election with a serious plan to tackle the sewage scandal.
Ed Davey (@EdwardJDavey) caught the news padddleboarding on Lake Windermere to illustrate the problem of sewage being dumped. Sewage was dumped in the Gt Ouse 527 times in 2023, for a total of 4636 hours:
