@StephenB_16 Absolutely- I think having the meditations already prepared helped a great deal! If anything it encouraged consistency, and made it as effortless as possible. Totally feel the difference after practicing mindfulness. I am a genuinely happier person… #MARK320
The final day of my 21 day mindfulness challenge. It’s takes anywhere from 18- 254 days to create a habit.. I can say that I am well on my way to making sure I continue to practice mindfulness frequently. #MARK320
#MARK320 Over halfway through my experience practicing mindfulness. Some days I haven’t wanted to sit down and listen. It feels like I’m doing nothing… I am getting use to stopping and creating the time for my wellbeing.
