@ElliotKeck Seems like you’re selecting data for narrative purposes. Based on the data, you should also be calling out women, and all regions outside of London… especially devolved nations. Why have you not done this? Also clear the lack of comparative benchmarks… not seeing any balance…
@TalkTalk Afraid not. I have an open compliant already filed, I’ve spoken to numerous advisors online, on phone, and on here. All talked a good game, but no effective resolution. Sadly, the damage has been done.
@TalkTalk my internet has been down for nearly two weeks now. Customer service agents all talk (talk) and no action. I have to chase for updates, but never any successful outcomes. Now, you cant even process a contract renewal properly - chance to charge me for money? Terrible.
@GoonerGimli@TalkTalk Today is my two week anniversary of no internet. I also renewed my contract but they have failed to process it… so I’m off to Sky, who are also 15% cheaper! Would not have looked had Talk Talk been more effective. Kudos to BT openreach, the only successful actor in this tale!
@TalkTalk_help__ For anyone reading this and wondering where this ended… I was eventually sent back to the same doom loop of chat /call lines. No resolution achieved. Just well-mannered but ultimately quite powerless helpers.
@TalkTalk With the best will in the world, are you able to do anything different to your colleagues on chat/phone? I have had ‘personal assurances’ from at least three people… which considering the lack of resolution, feels a bit hollow at this point!
@Gatwick_Airport@mhemmaty@easyJet The icing on the cake… a member of staff at the scanners dealing with increasingly anxious people had the audacity to ask: ‘why didn’t you come earlier?’. @easyJet staff (really kind and understanding) actually congratulating people for making it to the plane!!
@Gatwick_Airport@mhemmaty@easyJet Update - took me 1h20. Past the e-gates is a bit of a lottery. Some scanners end up with 4 queues going into it, some have 2. Left side seemed to flow quicker (I was the right side!). My flight was fully booked - currently only 50% full and due to take off in 15 mins…

@AddisonLeeCabs truly shocking service. Pre-book a taxi weeks in advance, only to be told that the taxi isn’t going to show up at the pre-booked time because you’ve sent all the cars to immediate bookings. You’ve left a group of women without a route home. Shameful service.
