Excited to share KOSDAQ listed Bankware Global (BWG) is moving from MOU to concrete partnership negotiations with Anzens

Bankware Global is a prominent provider of core banking systems and financial software, specializing in modernizing IT infrastructure for banks and fintech companies across Asia.

Partnership Scope:

1. Bankware Japan and its subsidiaries will pilot stablecoin-based international remittances using $USDA infrastructure

2. Direct integration of USDA into traditional core banking systems via @EncryptusGlobal Faster Settlements Layer (FSL)

3. Expansion into Cardano's @MidnightNtwrk blockchain and AI/blockchain convergence initiatives

The impact:

Immediately upon this announcement, Bankware Global stock rose a staggering 16.27%.

Why this matters:

Stablecoins have largely operated in parallel to traditional banking. This partnership changes that dynamic.

We're not asking financial institutions to adopt new systems. We're integrating directly into the core banking software they already use.

Banks get 3-minute settlements, 50+ country coverage, and zero-custody architecture, delivered through existing banking infrastructure, without touching the SWIFT network.

This is infrastructure, not intermediary. This is USDA embedded as a native banking feature.
