@DominicMcGregor Showed you're ignorance at the end, it's not the time saving it's the capacity. We're not great at major projects, but it is needed. And we're also bad at building business cases. HS2 will generate far more than it costs over it's life.

It will be upgrades, warehouse, north stand etc. But the rest of the finances showed a £17m profit, which will counter previous losses in the permitted £100m average loss allowed over 3 years.
