Crompton only offered to provide paid service.This has been an extremely poor experience with Flipkart, and because of this my ₹6,365 has gone to waste. If Flipkart does not replace my product, I will approach Consumer Court and take legal action against them.@flipkartsupport

I purchased Crompton 40LAirCooler frm Flipkart, which was delivered on June 5. It was Open Box Delivery. When product was taken out of box during delivery, there was no visible damage on outside. However, when I turned cooler on, it did not start.

I have raised a replacement request twice, but they immediately reject request and mark the status as "Issue Solved." They told me to contact Crompton, but Crompton states that they do not handle replacements and that Flipkart is responsible for it.

However, when I turned the cooler on, it did not start at all. Upon opening and inspecting the back of the cooler, I discovered that the internal fan base support was broken. Due to this, the fan blade was touching the honeycomb pad.
Flipkart sent product with internal damage.
