Nothing, can change what you can gain from being a distance runner. Cancel a season, run alone, not know what tomorrow looks like, none of those things change the lessons you learn from being a distance runner. I love running and I love sharing the love of running!
Maybe you're about to do an at-home workout, or maybe you're feeling anxious, or maybe you're just curious about RPR and have a bit of time on your hands.

Athletes,
Please get out and run as long as we still can. Run on your own. Maintain 6ft of distance from others. Resist the temptation to gather in groups. Social distance will be new and challenging but it is an important and vital response to the spread of disease.
Check in with each other. Reach out if you need anything. Take this chance to read, study, learn and be creative. Your workouts are only a suggested guideline. Adapt and modify as needed. Please stay active. Please have a daily schedule to ensure you make the most of each day.

@coachjayjohnson Great. As reinforcement, I really enjoyed the conversation around training language. I think we judge each other pretty harshly in regards to language and how much and how often... It was good to hear a clarification. As long your kids understand what’s expected.
Blown away by this great conversation about training terms and placement in the schedule. A mandatory listen from the best in the biz. @coachjayjohnson@SandburgCC@JBoele2go
