@RepByRepX It’s not. Although 3 reps is maybe a little extreme I find 5-6 at absolute maximum weight possible (keeping correct form) and going to failure gives me much better results. If you get to 8 increase the weight

@DeanTTraining Why do they never make these with enough weight? I’m in decent shape, but no hulk, and need to do sets of 20+ to feel anything.

@lorrainemking It’s ridiculous that there isn’t a cheap generic version. You can buy own brand paracetamol for pennies, why no own brand children’s paracetamol?

@LauraFMcConnell That’s awful. What is the judges role in all this? Are they able/obliged to stop this in court as it’s happening? If not then they bloody should be.
