At the funeral of Wg Cdr Namandh Syal, who died in the Tejas crash at the Dubai Air Show, his wife herself a serving air force officer looked shattered. I didn’t feel anger or satisfaction seeing her pain but grief. He had an entire life of happiness in front of him and he literally died for nothing and that (non-combat death )is the most painful thing for any soldier. 😊

Death is a taste every soul must face, and I genuinely wish our Indian brothers would understand that instead of mocking fallen soldiers and their bodies and making fun of dead Gazan kids.We have every opportunity to do the same but we don’t, because we are Pakistanis, and we know better than to celebrate someone’s tragedy.

میرا سوال سادہ سا ہے: اگر یہ ملک واقعی *اسلامی جمہوریہ* ہے، تو پھر آپ “لائف ٹائم” کے لیے کسی کو قانون سے استثنیٰ کس اصول کے تحت دے رہے ہیں؟
اگر یہ ملک اسلامی نہیں ہے تو آپ کھل کر کہہ دیں، لیکن آپ ایسا نہیں کہہ سکتے — کیونکہ آئین میں صاف لکھا ہے کہ
*“پاکستان میں کوئی قانون قرآن و سنت کے خلاف نہیں بن سکتا۔”*

اب میں آپ سے پوچھتا ہوں:
اسلامی تاریخ میں، آدم علیہ السلام سے لے کر خاتم النبیین ﷺ تک، اور پھر خلفائے راشدینؓ، صحابہ کرامؓ، حتیٰ کہ سیدنا خالد بن ولیدؓ جیسے عظیم جرنیل — کیا ان میں سے کسی کو *قانون سے استثنیٰ* حاصل تھا؟
نہیں!

تو پھر آج کس بنیاد پر آپ کچھ افراد کو قانون سے بالاتر قرار دے رہے ہیں؟
یہ کس قسم کی "اسلامی جمہوریت" ہے جس میں *آئین کو چند مخصوص افراد کے تحفظ* کے لیے ڈھال بنا دیا گیا ہے؟

*آئین، عوام کے لیے ہوتا ہے— مخصوص طبقات کے تحفظ کے لیے نہیں۔*

With the recent crimes rising especially with women getting raped, children getting smuggled, kidnapped cut open for organs or raped and killed… in the name of honour, or some domestic issues or some taxi or car company drivers taking out their frustrations on women passengers while giving them a ride or women getting harassed in work places… this was my request in the senate also to the honourable law minister and also human rights that pls bring amendments to make our judiciary and police investigation and reforms better @GovtofPakistan @hrw @HRCP87 @GovtofPunjabPK @dpr_gob @HomeSindh

This is horrific that after the police department's negligence in protecting common people from criminals, now security guards of private companies have also assumed the role of perpetrators of crimes against innocents citizens. What on earth these police officers are doing if they cant protect the citizens. Are they busy in providing protocols to their favored most persons or busy in taking lives of common man during their so called "police encounters" or busy in taking bribes for making the unjust happen without any check and balance? Is there any guarantee from any authority of the justice system that such a brutal security guard would be hanged due to snatching the life of an innocent person? Is there any guarantee that the decision of banning display of arms would safeguard the common man from these enemies of humanity?
