बगदाणा धाम ने क्यों लगाए 1.5 लाख पेड़? 🌳

जनवरी 2027 में पूज्य बजरंगदास बापा की 50वीं पुण्यतिथि आ रही है। भक्तों ने 1 लाख पेड़ लगाने का संकल्प लिया था, लेकिन समय से पहले ही 1,50,000+ पौधे रोप दिए गए।

मंदिर की नर्सरी हर साल 50K पौधे विनामूल्य (मुफ़्त) बांटती है। प्रकृति की रक्षा ही सनातन धर्म की सबसे बड़ी सेवा है। अगर देश का हर मंदिर ये मॉडल अपना ले, तो भारत फिर से स्वर्ग बन जाएगा! 🚩

મોંઘવારીના આ ભીષણ આગમાં પણ ગુજરાતના હજારો ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓનો પગાર આજે પણ ૨૬,૦૦૦/- જ ફિક્સ છે!
રસોઈના ભાવ આસમાને, ભાડું, બિલ, બાળકોની ભણતર, દવા બધું મોંઘું થઈ ગયું છે, પણ સરકારની આ અન્યાયી પ્રથા હજુ અટકતી નથી. વર્ષોથી આ શોષણ ચાલે છે! એક જ કામ કરનાર કાયમી કર્મચારીને બમણો પગાર અને ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીને માત્ર ૨૬ હજાર? આ સમાન કામ - સમાન વેતનનું ગંભીર ઉલ્લંઘન છે!
આ તો સીધો કર્મચારીઓ સાથેનો અન્યાય અને શોષણ છે! કુટુંબ કેવી રીતે ચલાવવું? બાળકોને કેવી રીતે ભણાવવા?
સરકારશ્રી, હવે ઘણું થયું! આ વર્ષોથી ચાલતી નિર્દય અને અમાનવીય પ્રથા તરત બંધ કરો! ફિક્સ પગાર પ્રથા દૂર કરો અને તમામ કર્મચારીઓને સમાન કામ માટે સમાન વેતન અને સમાન અધિકાર આપો..!
જો સરકાર સાચી હિતેષી છે તો આ અન્યાયનો અંત કરો…!

કર્મચારી કહે: "સાહેબ, મોંઘવારી વધી ગઈ છે, ઘર ચલાવવું મુશ્કેલ છે, "#ફૂલ_પગાર" આપો ને!"

સરકાર: "ખજાનો ખાલી છે ભાઈ, થોડું સમજો!" 🙅‍♂️

વકીલ કહે: "સાહેબ, તમારી સામે લડતા કર્મચારીઓને સન્માનીય ફૂલ પગાર ન આપવો પડે, એના માટે હું સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં દલીલ કરીશ. એક હિયરિંગના(મુદ્દત) ૨ લાખ થશે!"

સરકાર: "અરે સાહેબ, ૨ નહીં ૫ લાખ લો, પણ પેલા ગરીબ કર્મચારીને પૂરો પગાર ન મળવો જોઈએ!" 💸✅😥

ધન્ય છે આ 'વિકાસ'ને, જ્યાં મહેનત કરનાર માટે '#ફિક્સ_પે' અને લડાવનાર માટે 'મિક્સ' (કરોડો રૂપિયા) છે! કર્મચારીને ફૂલ નહીં તો ફૂલની પાંખડી પણ નહીં, પણ ફિક્સ પે રાખનાર માટે લડનારને તો આખું બગીચું! 🥀🏛️

📌શોષણની પ્રથા: ફિક્સ પે પ્રથા એ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓનું આર્થિક શોષણ છે. વર્ષો સુધી સખત મહેનત કરવા છતાં કર્મચારીઓને પૂરતો પગાર મળતો નથી, જેના કારણે તેમનું અને તેમના પરિવારનું જીવન નિર્વાહ મુશ્કેલ બને છે.

📌સમાન કામ, સમાન વેતનનો અભાવ: ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટે ૨૦૧૨માં ચુકાદો આપ્યો હતો કે 'સમાન કામ માટે સમાન વેતન' મળવું જોઈએ, પરંતુ સરકાર આ ચુકાદાને માનવાને બદલે તેને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં પડકારે છે.

📌કર્મચારીઓની હાલાકી: કર્મચારીઓ રવિવારે પણ કામ કરે છે, ભીડ ભેગી કરવા જેવા રાજકીય કાર્યોમાં જોતરાય છે અને ઓવરટાઈમ કરે છે, છતાં તેમને હકનો પૂરો પગાર મળતો નથી.

📌ગુજરાતના ફિક્સ પે ના કર્મચારીઓ છેલ્લા ૧૫ વર્ષથી ન્યાયની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે... અને સરકાર? સરકાર 'ન્યાય ન મળે' એના માટે કરોડો રૂપિયા પાણીની જેમ વહાવી રહી છે! 🌊💰
🛑કર્મચારીનો આખો મહિનો = ₹૨૦,૦૦૦ (અંદાજે)
🛑સરકારી વકીલની એક હિયરીંગની હાજરી = ₹૨,૦૦,૦૦૦ થી ૫,૦૦,૦૦૦

વિચારો, જે પૈસા ફૂલ પે રોકવા માટે જાય છે, એ જો કર્મચારીઓના પગારમાં ગયા હોત તો આજે કેટલાય મધ્યમવર્ગીય પરિવારોના ચૂલા સારી રીતે સળગતા હોત. આને જ કહેવાય "દીવો તળે અંધારું!"🪔

સરકાર પોતાના જ કર્મચારીઓને પૂરો પગાર ન આપવો પડે તે માટે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં નામાંકિત વકીલો પાછળ કરોડો રૂપિયાનો ધુમાડો કરી રહી છે.પોતાના જ સંતાનો (કર્મચારીઓ) સામે લડવા માટે ભાડે રાખેલા 'યોદ્ધાઓ' પાછળ આટલો ખર્ચ? વાહ રે સરકાર, વાહ! 👏

😥આ શોષણ નહીં તો બીજું શું છે? "સમાન કામ, સમાન વેતન" માત્ર કાગળ પર જ કેમ? હવે તો હદ થાય છે! 😡

⚖️ ૧૩ વર્ષથી સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં લટકતો ફિક્સ પે કેસ.

ગુજરાતના લાખો ફિક્સ પે કર્મચારીઓના ભવિષ્યનો સૌથી મહત્વપૂર્ણ કેસ SLP 14124-14125/2012 હવે ફરી સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં 3 ડિસેમ્બરે મૂકવામાં આવ્યો છે.

⚖️ આ કેસમાં વર્ષ 2012માં ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટે સ્પષ્ટ જણાવ્યું હતું કે
“સમાન કામ માટે અસમાન વેતન આપવું એટલે સીધું-સીધું શોષણ.” અને સરકારને ફિક્સ પે બંધ કરી સમાન વેતન આપવા સુચના આપી હતી.પરંતુ ગુજરાત સરકારે એ ચુકાદાને સ્વીકારવાને બદલે, સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં SLP ફાઈલ કરીને 13 વર્ષથી મુદ્દો લટકાવ્યો છે.

🏛️ગુજરાત સરકારે હવે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં પોતાની તરફથી રજૂઆત કરવા માટે #Attorney_General of India તથા Additional Advocate General #મનિશાબેન એલ. શાહ ને Special Counsel તરીકે નિયુક્ત કર્યા છે.

🔔 3 ડિસેમ્બર: કર્મચારીની આશાઓની તારીખ

આ કેસ માત્ર કાયદાનો મુદ્દો નથી -
આ હજારો પરિવારોના ભવિષ્યનો પ્રશ્ન છે.

હવે સમય આવી ગયો છે કે આ શોષણ પ્રથા નાબૂદ થાય.
