@natarajn_b @anirb_das If yr EB3 is current in July bulletin and yr son aged out in Feb21 then you can add yr I140 processing period. Suppose I140 filing date to approval is150 days , u add to age out date and if July 1st bulletin is within the calc date then can lock date.

@natarajn_b @anirb_das 2. For locking date by CSPA u just need I485 filing. However from date of FAD being current u should get GC in 365 days of being current and date locked by CSPA. There is no CSPA form just I485 filing and consideration of I140 processing time.

How the US treats skilled H-1B workers: 1) cannot apply for permanent status on their own; 2) cannot be unemployed for more than 60 days ever; 3) children lose status at age 21; 4) spouse/children mostly can't work; 5) can only work for H-1B employers; 6) long waits for Indians
