@pot_red@medwaymakem@dykesy1 @CopWellbeing Totally agree. Not enough info here to be a lawful search on the facts.. Chuck in the fact that the car widow was smashed now.. 30 minutes. 6 hours. 2 days ago. She lives next door.. reasonable excuse to be walking down the rd at 3am as she just left work.. not so simple now..
@VolunteerPlod @FreebieFed My understanding is that It’s a government set rate, so forces are unlikely to change their stance on this until the government sets new guidance
@BeakerRick Don’t try and change who you are! I’ve really enjoyed working with you and wouldn’t want you to change anything! I’ve valued your honest and sometimes blunt view. Your ‘odd’ behaviour as you put it, is actually one of your strengths and you should be proud of who you are.

@NicMason98 Ha!!! That was Thursday! ! I was on a 5-3 last night and ended up doing a 5pm-6am! So I can now claim 2 nights on the bounce! And yes what a night! Full credit to our understaffed team who held the thin blue line last night! Officer being run over is never nice! Glad he is ok
1) Nearly 6 years ago I went off sick with CFS/ME. I spent a year off work. My specialist told me I should set a goal such as walking 20 minutes a day, I told her I would work full shifts again. 6 years of hard work and today I watch the sun rise on my first full night shift! 😬
@mymatecraigj Key is to be out of boom bust. (Do too much one day and then pay for it later!) hardest thing to do less when you feel you have energy, I started on 5 minutes walking a day( all I could do at the time) and very slowly increased. Cut out all stimulants. Caffeine, sugar highs etc
@WalktheTalk999 Thanks mate! Definitely point 2! Laugh or cry, you can’t change what is not in your control! So laugh, it’s far better!! And be content and focus on what you can change and what is important in life!
2) feeling quite emotional watching the sun come up and achieving what I was told I would never do again! Fully operational working a full night shift! Something most take for granted! Goes to show what you can achieve if you put your mind to it! @LancsPolDSG
