$CMG has so many easy problems they can fix but the CEO is a moron.

1. The portion sizes. Make them large/filling and consistent across stores. Don’t be SKIMPY

2. Clean the locations… Each and every location I have been to is consistently filthy. (This matters to more people than you would think).

3. Reduce staff. There is an absurd amount of staff at certain locations. I’ve seen 10 people working at once with no one else in the Chipotle. Over hiring is a huge issue for them.

4. Improve food variety/protein CHOICES. Why cycle through favorites that generate more money when you can have them consistently? Dumb

5. Have water cups be clear… You wouldn’t believe the amount of people that use water cups at chipotle to get soda. Incredibly common. (Pennies add up)

6. Fix consistency of food items and quality. The amount of times I have run into a chipotle that has no food available is nuts. This can be related to improper ordering for the location or the cooks not working and cooking things when they should. (Butchers sales). I see people walk out all the time.

7. Fire the CEO. If the company is passing blame for the companies shortcomings on other things that’s not a leader/CEO. That is a moron.

8. Increase emphasis for catering.

9. Just hire better people… Hire harder workers who are more personable too. It’s crazy how lazy and rude certain employees are. (Aim for Chick-fil-a levels)

10. Choose new locations more carefully. Some newer locations are in the middle of nowhere which hurts volume cause of poor ease of access.

I can probably go on for days. But that’s the issue isn’t it? Chipotle $CMG stock is in a world of pain because the leadership is weak. It’s crazy to me how terrible of a job Chipotle is being managed when it’s in a winning position.
