Had a fantastic time joining the "Beyond the Grid: The Energy Evolution in Space" panel at the 21st @KPMG Global Energy Conference in Houston, Texas.
One theme kept resurfacing throughout the discussion: energy is the foundation of every frontier.
As AI compute, Bitcoin mining, and critical infrastructure drive unprecedented demand for power, the conversation can no longer be limited to energy on Earth alone.
The next generation of infrastructure may include orbital data centers, orbital Bitcoin miners, and eventually entire industries operating in space.
That's why I believe Space-Based Solar Power deserves a seat at the table today, not decades from now.
The same technologies that can power infrastructure in orbit can also strengthen @america’s energy mix, improve energy security, and help meet the growing demand for power here on Earth.
The future of space will be built on energy. The future of @ENERGY will be built in space.
