Basic civics means knowing the plenary power doctrine & why border policy isn’t made by unelected judges.

For over a century, SCOTUS has repeatedly upheld Executive discretion under statute & Article II. Why? Because immigration is core to natl sovereignty, foreign affairs & security, realms where judges have zero competence. The Constitution gives plenary immigration authority to elected political branches not unelected judges.

Entry into the U.S. is a privilege not a right & activist judges don't get to rewrite sovereignty.
