@Shoshannah6623@onlyHEisWorthy I see your star of David—you are familiar with the law that God gave to Moses in Mt Sinai, no? There’s one in there that says “You shall not murder”.
@TheGoatsMaster@onlyHEisWorthy You appear lost, my friend. Both on X in finding your way to this post just so you could make an uninformed comment, and perhaps in life as well. Jesus saved this woman. That’s is a good thing. He can save you, too.
@CMCSalvador@onlyHEisWorthy You have missed the point here. Abortion is, in fact, murder. You know many women who are “thrilled” about that?? The good news, the gospel, is that Jesus saved this woman, and because of that, she is sharing the truth. Jesus can save you, too.
@bibbatalks@onlyHEisWorthy Being saved by Jesus to newness of life is a good thing that should be celebrated.
“Reaped the benefits”? - there are no benefits to abortion, only pain.
@madeucryagain The words “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do” come to mind, whenever I see a post this dark and soulless. As lost as you are at the moment, the good news is that Jesus died for your sins, just like he died for mine and everyone else’s. Once for all.
You have an opportunity to change and be a light in a dark world, like @onlyHEisWorthy , or you can remain in the darkness, bitter and angry, until it is too late.
The bread and wine are prepped on the “altar” by the “priest”, and then they say this:
Priest: “Pray, brothers and sisters, that my “sacrifice” and yours may be acceptable to God, the almighty Father.”
• All (the people): “May the Lord accept the “sacrifice” at your hands for the praise and glory of his name, for our good and the good of all his holy Church.”
At which time, the bread and wine become the “literal body and blood of Christ”…
All of this is Tabernacle/Temple worship, a Syncrestic/Judaized influence on the church. (See the book of Galatians for more on the subject?
Why is there a priest?
Why is there an altar?
Why is there a sacrifice?
Why put Jesus on the cross perpetually?
The veil of the Temple is torn, Jesus was sacrificed ONCE for all
The Temple was destroyed, and with it, the whole sacrifice system.
Hebrews 7:27-28
“ 27He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he offered up himself. 28For the law appoints men in their weakness as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son who has been made perfect forever.”
Once for all. Forever.
@Joseph_Spurgeon You can try to love people and help them out of the ditch. But some people want to wallow in the ditch.
God loves you. Jesus died for you. That’s the truth.
@KarlAlanFrank@Ler_pra_crer@DivinelyDesined What happens if the premise that holds is that God created life? I mean, you can hope against that, but what if it is the one that remains, then what?
@XenniallTeach@allegiantfaith Suppose I saw you, heads down in your phone, stepping out in front of a moving bus, in immediate danger. What would be more loving, to try to stop you before the bus hit you, or to leave you to it?
