For one heartstopping, breathtaking, chest heaving, heart pounding magical moment, PM Starmer put the 'Great' back in Britain. ๐ฌ๐ง
What have we done?
He can try, but I doubt he is liked. Most people recognise a hypocrite and a charlatan and poor entertainer! His "colleagues" want to keep their jobs! Cameron? Sold his soul, right?
"Some of Burnhamโs colleagues privately mutter that he wants to be liked. Thatโs true, but in politics, being liked is important and sometimes vital." โคต๏ธ

This will be an active, hands-on Government that puts British interests first.
Giving breathing space to those feeling financial strain, and making Britain more resilient to shocks like the Iran War.

@andyburnham@UKLabour
Please STOP demeaning yourselves. You got where you wanted by initiating a coup so at least now have the decency to give @Keir_Starmer credit. You lot are disgraceful. We wont forget
Sophie Ridge and Pippa Cerera did as much disservice to Keir Starmer, and therefore ordinary men and women, as Lucy Powell and Louise Haigh.
We must remember itโs those enablers every time we get pissed off.
Healey resigned at the very worst time to shaft Keir Starmer. Wes Streeting was struggling for words this morning to justify his decision. He waffled away when it was obvious that Healey's action about Defence funding was sheer lies.
Anthony Scaramucci looks back with @GylesB1 on the extraordinary day Donald Trump appointed him White House Communications Director.
He reflects candidly on his infamous 11-day stint in the role and some of the mistakes he's made in his career in this week's Rosebud.
Donald Trump: โI am the one that got (FIFA) to do itโ
This confirms direct political meddling in football matters - typically an FA would face FIFA action for this

I agree Eric. Distasteful, disgraceful and extremely disappointing. Hope PM @Keir_Starmer@UKLabour will reconsider before this country goes back to being disrespected again!
@andyburnham So do old people ! I'm 82, I've waited for years to have a Labour Government and a Labour MP where I live for the first time ever. Now with your nasty scheming to oust one of he best PMs of my life time you've ruined it and are behaving just like the Tories did for 14 years
@andyburnham you made biggest mistake of your life, by removing Keir Starmer, the best PM this country had in last 50 years , you might become PM but stain of dishonour will remain with you and your co conspirators and history will record this , shame on you all @LucyMPowell
Laura Kuenssberg:
"Why do you think Keir Starmer had to go?"
I don't know Laura, maybe you Chris Mason, Henry Zeffman, Nick Robinson, Robbie Gibb and co could tell us, seeing as you all campaigned for it so relentlessly
#bbclaurak#BBCBreakfast
Just watched Keir Starmer's interview with Henry Zeffman.
We are going to miss have a leader with such gravitas and a serious approach to world and domestic politics. What have we done.
Labour have a 5 year term. The defence budget spans those 5 years, there is no blackhole, the remaining 5 billion will be funded over the next 3.
Thats how budgets work.
The right and their media think people are too thick to understand that.
My mother .. one of the voters Labour have lost because of the Burnham coup.. talking about Starmer at PMQโs
โHeโs so brilliant and statesmanlike. Why go for a little pipsqueak like Burnham โ
Exactly Mum!
