I just want to say that here I agree with @AndrewMwenda 100% but it should be extended to the whole country. Let all of Uganda be managed by whites, not just Uganda airlines. Africans, for cultural (and probably cognitive) reasons, are incapable of efficiently and competently managing complex systems at scale.
