@Charliejay1889@LucyGoBag In my experience a local independent funeral director will provide a similar service, at similar cost. They don't advertise on afternoon TV though. They will collect a deceased from home out of hours and carry out the cremation locally with a friendly face to talk to.
@the_traitors_ From my cousins We made contact with someone from the church last Friday and we're met with a negative response. Tonight we have been told the earliest we could have access to the church would be the 1st of July it's an Ardross funeral

I’ve noted before that stupidly, restaurants often change the plating of dishes for the pro photographer we send in after I visit the restaurant. Note my pic of the birdcage dessert. And how they added strawberries I didn’t receive, an extra scoop of ice cream and foliage.
@NadineDorries some NHS staff worked similar hours, but we didn't have parties at, or after, work. People banging pots was supposed to keep our morale high......

Because the role of a leader during a crisis is to keep morale high amongst those who were working 17hr days 7/7 as morale slumps.
No10 was the engine room of the country, it was important to keep people turning up and working and saying goodbye to someone who was leaving was an act of good crisis leadership and management.
