@freddieoconnell@NESpower can’t figure out how to keep power on on music row for more than a few days without there being an outage, yet as far as I know, they’re the only electric service we can pay to use around here… can you help encourage them to fix their service issues?

A large outage is currently affecting over 4,700 customers in Midtown and Edgehill. NES crews are investigating now and will restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.

Second flight cancelled @SouthwestAir. Just booked a flight on @Delta 6 days after I was supposed to get home and will be submitting my receipts for a refund.

At least scammers are now calling me to come spend the night with them at a hotel because of this. @SouthwestAir What is wrong with people who take advantage of people already completely frustrated.
Southwest Airlines cancelled over 1500 flights today, making them the worst performing airline. They had THREE TIMES more cancellations than the 2nd worst US carrier (Delta) and SEVEN TIMES more than United. Weather? Sure. But something is clearly not ok with Southwest staffing.
@JustJessi456@SouthwestAir I’d start driving and demand a refund to cover the cost of the drive and hotel expenses. @SouthwestAir doesn’t deserve to be trusted at this point. They’ve given us no reason to trust them.
