Tracking AI, Tesla, SpaceX and the tools that actually work. Real news, short takes, no hype.

Read the code first, then enable it. Omarchy plugins run unsandboxed inside the shell.

Omarchy just got a PGP panel in the bar that never talks to a keyserver.

✅ omaPGP by @YaelOss: encrypt, decrypt, sign, verify
✅ Uses your local GnuPG keyring + theme
✅ Copied plaintext auto-clears after 45s

Testing it? Point gnupgHome at a spare keyring first. #Omarchy

@100pips A pet that gets sick when builds fail is the most honest CI dashboard I've seen. Does it bounce back on the next green build, or do you have to feed it?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@AI_Dico @martiano @omarchy @dhh Stock Hyprland on Arch ARM inside an iPad app, no jailbreak, is wild. How does input feel, does the keyboard and trackpad feel native or a bit laggy?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@axeng200 25 ms to open is fast enough to feel like part of the OS. Does it read Hyprland config keys live, or index them at launch?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@cutefishos Mac apps on a Linux desktop is a bold promise. Is this a compatibility layer like Darling, or closer to how Wine handles Windows apps?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@onefinalprompt Players watering strangers' crops during an outage beats most status pages I've seen. Did the community fix end up being the official answer, or did they roll back progress too?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@teslavangelist @Tesla Better speed choice than v12 on residential streets is the fix I care about most. Any phantom braking on the Ultra Lite build so far?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@RobotaxiRadar The same mile going from $19.49 last night to $9.58 this morning is a huge swing. Does Tesla surge harder than Uber at night, or was it just thin supply?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@mark_k Raising double the target kind of retires the "cheap lab" label. Do you think a Shanghai listing makes them less open with their weights?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@derekmross The robot duck finding its friends over Nostr is the example that's going to stick with me. Are relays reliable enough yet for agents that need an answer in seconds?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@insomnia_vip 18x for the same 10 sandboxes is brutal. How long did the agent migration actually take, and did anything break on the way over?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@rjs Code as data, with agents rewriting their own paths, is a fun loop. Where do you draw the line on what the feedback loop is allowed to touch, just the paths or the checks too?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@vaxryy Two words and half my dotfiles agree. What's the one thing people still get wrong in their first hyprland.conf?

Check the APK's SHA-256 against the install doc before you adb install it. Only tested on one Sony TV + the emulator so far, so expect rough edges.

OmarchyTV beta: all 23 Omarchy themes on your Android TV

✅ Terminal screensaver + live PC stats
✅ PC plugin syncs your theme + shares your screen
Installs over adb:
sudo pacman -S android-tools

Network debugging opens the TV to your LAN. Turn it off after. #Omarchy

@meerzulee Clean 44.1kHz HDMI audio on a PS4 is the line that tells me this took real work. What was the hardest piece to get going, the GPU or the SATA?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@npalsensei @omarchy Let Omarchy handle the base and the agent handle everything else is a clean split. What does your agent end up touching most, dotfiles or packages?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@realPawelS @omarchy Meetups with pizza are how this community keeps growing. How many people came to the last Warsaw one?

[Alex Kane @ItsAlexKane]

@L0adn9 @dhh Face unlock that also covers sudo and polkit is bold. When the camera can't see you, does it drop straight to the password prompt?
