Please retweet to help Alan find a foster or forever home #YORKSHIRE#UK
Available for adoption, registered British Charity✅
Not a single application for poor Alan 💔💔💔
We're sure there must be someone out there for this poor old boy, who desperately deserves a home...? Staffy lovers, where are you?
Little Alan is 10 yrs old and has been in stray kennels for over 2 months 😭💔 Alan suffers with separation anxiety, so he panics when the kennel door closes 💔 His cries and howls are heartbreaking 😔💔 Staffys just do not ‘do’ kennels - they are so in tune with their people and love and need human company ❤️
He has just arrived with us, so NOW is the start of his new life and we need to make sure that he is not in a kennel for ANY longer than he needs to be ❤️🙏🏻❤️
Little Al is a dinky little Staffy (18kg) who is very sprightly and in great health for his age - he is still very much up for a good walk 😁🖤
He has been non reactive around other dogs so far, but due to his stress levels after being under stress for so long in kennels, we are looking for a pet free home where he can decompress 🖤❤️
We URGENTLY need to find Alan a Staffy savvy foster home ASAP (can be with a view to adoption) 🖤 we were told that he grabbed at the lead in the stray kennels, but so far he hasn’t done this with us at all, and we suspect that this was due to his high stress levels/the busy stressful environment he was in 😢🖤 however some experience of this would be great (it’s quite a common Staffy trait!) 🖤 And he definitely is a cheeky little man with a glint in his eye, so someone who knows all about Staffy’s would be perfect - he’s a little Prince who wants to be treated as such 👑🖤😁
🖤🙌 LET’S GET LITTLE ALAN OUT OF KENNELS!!! 🙌-

Please retweet, do you know who owns these emaciated ponies found with 2 others that were dead #BRYNMAWR#WALES#UK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The pony and her foal were found in an emaciated state, alongside two dead ponies (Image: @RSPCA_official )
RSPCA Cymru has issued an appeal to track down the owner of an emaciated pony and her foal after they were found starved and living among dead animals in a field.
A rescue was carried out in Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale where volunteers at the RSPCA found the pony and the foal were starved and living among two dead ponies after receiving a report concerning their welfare. The pair were found in a private filed but are believed to be from the nearby commons.
The RSPCA were notified on May 9 and were able to pull together a small team who were there until dark that same day. However the attempt was aborted after specialist equipment was required due to the unhandled nature of the ponies.
The mare and pony have since been monitored by the RSPCA and volunteers over the past couple of weeks while specialist arrangements could be made to remove them. A multi-agency team was then arranged for Wednesday 21 May.
RSPCA Inspector Suzanne Smith said: “The first rescue attempt posed too much of a risk due to environmental risks and also risks to the mare due to her poor condition.
“In the meantime we ensure they were monitored and we’re very thankful to the volunteers who provided hay, water and also checked on them until we were able to organise a specialist team and equipment to safely rescue her and her foal.
“Since our initial rescue attempt she had pushed through a fence onto derelict farmland since and this had better grazing so she has become much stronger.
“We’d like to thank all the volunteers for working with us, as it meant she was then in a better condition to cope with the stress of rescue and transport – giving her the best prognosis.
The RSPCA is now appealing for information about a possible owner, and ask anyone with information that could identify them to please contact the RSPCA on 0300 123 8018, quoting incident 01515234.

Urgent please retweet to help Boo find a home #YORKSHIRE#UK
She's broken hearted in kennels.
My name is Boo and I am so so sad at present. I have been in kennels for months and months and months and I am giving up on life 💔💔💔
The team here at JLP Trust are so upset about me and they don’t know what else to do. No one loves me. They come and walk me but they can’t take me home.
I’m a mastiff cross girl of 3 years old and I would love a home of my own. I was in a foster home for a few months earlier in the year and I was an absolute sweetheart. I did so well in foster and was such a good girl for my dads and I learned so much while I was there. Sadly I had to come back to kennels and I am so unhappy that even when I go on walks I don’t interact with anyone.
Which puts people off wanting to take me - I know this but I am so sad I don’t have any happiness to share anymore.
I need a home with older children only, ideally as only dog (possibly with a calm neutered male if you are totally committed to working with me while I settle in) and not with cats. I’m a good girl in the house and fine to be left for reasonable periods of time. I travel well in the car and walk well on my lead.
I am a typical Mastiff personality so I can be stubborn and the people who fostered me said I was a bit of a doofus as I regularly tripped over things and walked into things. But they loved me!
Please can you mend my broken heart?!
Forever homes can be anywhere within the UK but you will need to travel meet her in west Yorkshire. Foster homes need to be relatively local to Yorkshire or Warwickshire.
As always we require everyone in the family and any children who are regularly going to be in contact with the dog to attend the meet.
Our usual process is that you will need to come and meet the dog and that adoption is then done on a second meet. For some dogs additional meets may be required and potential adopters will be required to travel to the dogs location for all meets.
If you meet the criteria for this dog please call 07766 766252 or 07950 404074 8am-8pm to discuss (if your call is not answered please leave a voicemail and we will return your call). If you are suited we will then arrange a
homecheck, vet reference and meet with the dog.
We only rehome where all resident and previous animals are/were regularly vaccinated and neutered/speyed unless on veterinary advice.
All of our dogs have rescue back up 💜🐾- JLP TRUST ANIMAL RESCUE YORKSHIRE.

Please retweet to help Barney find a home #WOLVERHAMPTON#UK Available for adoption, registered British Charity✅
Details or apply below👇 https://t.co/V7ZivLSThn…
Bernese Mountain Dog aged 3, looking for an adult home as the only pet. Hello, my name is Barney! I am a lovely, friendly boy who adores fuss and playtime. I am very smart and always eager to please, which makes learning new things exciting for me. One of my biggest motivations is food—I love treats! This means training will be a breeze, as I am always willing to work for a tasty reward. I do need some lead training to improve my walking manners, as well as focus training to help me stay engaged. I also need further socialisation, particularly with larger dogs, to build my confidence and manners around them.
I can be unsure of other dogs, so I wear a muzzle when around them to keep everyone safe while I continue learning. With the right guidance and patience, I will make a fantastic companion and a very well-trained boy! If you are interested in adopting Barney, please fill in an enquiry form in the link above.. You will then receive a questionnaire to complete. If your application is successful, we will then contact you regarding the next steps - Birmingham Dogs Home @BhamDogsHome
