@CarsonTalkMoney I opened positions in NOC, HII, LMT, and LHX a couple weeks ago when they hit bottom. LMT and NOC are the 2 stronger plays imo.
RTX would've been my top choice but the valuation wasn't as compelling as the rest
@Investor_NICK_ CBRS stock pumping after those OAI comments *right* before a bunch of insider shares unlocked was, in retrospect, an obvious exit liquidity scheme.
@invest091 Honestly it's disheartening to see what's been happening with fintwit the past couple months.
Bots are clogging up my search feed results, meanwhile some of my favorite posters going on hiatus from the app
Fantastic
After silently being shost-banned, I've just been notified that my account has been restricted despite receiving no specific, concrete reason for it.
Does anyone know how I can appeal this?
It seems I've been ghost banned for no apparent reason (again).
No idea what I did to trigger the algos.
Meanwhile this site is infested with actual bots.
@DoodadDoctor@nytimes Yep. Saw that NYT headline pop up on my feed on thinkorswim and decided to get out and re-enter my $MRNA short at $225.
The news headline trading algos pounced on it
@MartinShkreli@Winterrose For pure plays I mean. Yes there's JNJ via Jannsen but (relatively speaking) that won't move the needle much for JNJ's total revenue (very very broadly speaking)
@taobanker AAPL is a short heading into earnings.
Just like last quarter, it runs up the week prior then the news gets sold regardless of the print or forward guidance.
@HParkerEvans@taobanker I'd agree if we're talking small-mid cap clinical stage biotech.
But for moderna specifically, it's a short because its valuation is completely detached from reality
@dislocationhunt Seems especially applicable to O&G tankers and dry bulk shipping.
Altgough a lot of shitcos get wiped out or dilute shareholders into oblivion in the down cycle. Requires a lot of company-specific DD
