“I’ve kinda had it with the CJ Stroud discussion. I understand why there’s some question surrounding this young man, but he had a historic rookie season, & then the last two have not been up to that standard but they’ve been strong seasons. Yes, the playoffs were a nightmare, I get why there’s a little bit of trepidation, but it feels like he gets put in a category where we’re not sure if he can be a starter. I just won’t ever understand that. Call up Atlanta right now, would they like to have CJ Stroud as their QB? How about in Carolina, Minnesota? Even where it’s been is really strong QB play. There is a microscope on everything he does, from how he walks into a building to how he plays the position. We don’t root in this business, but man it would be cool if he could just put everyone to the side this year & ball out.”
