“We will do everything we can to deliver the travel experience you are expecting” doesn’t seem to be the case here. YYC was wonderful, but it was not the vacation we spent months planning. We had family to watch our kids, planned everything to a tee and you ruined our vacation.

Hey @WestJet Let me tell you a story. We had a flight booked YMM-YYJ on Tuesday Morning at 8am. You cancelled our flight at 5:30am and rebooked us on a 1pm flight from YMM, missing our 11:30am connection in YYC. We were then booked on a 6pm flight to YYJ. (1/6)

We were offered nothing for all the inconvenience, no credit back for only flying halfway and we had a non-refundable car booking in YYJ that the @Avis would not honor in YYC. Our flight home today is already delayed 1.5 hours. (4/6)
