@prioritypasscom @Amex Was Monday, 8/25. Went to The Lounge on Concourse C in BOS. About 3:20 pm. All others were allowed in right in front of us. Priority Pass people were told that the lounge was full (ot wasnt!) and asked if we wanted to be put on a waitlist. What good is @Amex or @prioritypasscom?

@AmericanExpress airline club access is questionable at best. Platinum card members are treated like second class citizens. Amex obviously has no pull. Chase Sapphire, here we come!

Actually @prioritypasscom via Amex Platinum was the issue this time. Apparently, they haven’t a great arrangement with The Lounge in BOS…too bad.

@AmericanExpress for the 2nd time in a month weve been either denied entry or had to wait for access to @TheLounge BOS or at @DeltaSkyClub Detroit w/ our @AskAmex Platinum card. Due to these experiences we are considering @Chase sapphire. Mad at Amex who obviously has no partners
