I'm always learning and searching for all kinds of knowledge. I'll be happy to share some of them here and it'll be a pleasure if you guys share with me too.
This is brilliant.
'I write a paragraph about why I should take a meeting.'
If you should take the meeting it's easy to do, but if you start writing and you're like “I don’t want to do this,” then the meeting is a waste of time.
"For the things that I think are really important when I’m like, “I got to write that paragraph, I could write 20 pages. It's easy”
A lot of otherwise smart people, don't spend enough time thinking about what they're working on.
The oldest people on Earth don't have complicated morning routines, do ice baths, or sleep in hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
They wake up every day with purpose, walk a lot, eat home cooked meals, and in their free time they hang out with friends.
I overheard a successful business man talking to a younger one that was saying his advice was boring.
The older replied “you know what’s exciting? Poverty! Extremely exciting. Never a dull moment!”
Always remembered that.
If you feel stuck, try this: For the next 30 days, every single day, wake up at 5am and work out for at least 30 minutes.
It doesn’t matter what the workout looks like. Go to a gym, go outside for a run, do pushups and squats on your bedroom floor.
This isn’t about the workout. It’s about creating Proof of Agency.
By the end of 30 days, you’ll completely rewire your brain. Scientists call it neuroplasticity. Your brain physically changes in structure and function through action and experience.
The action of waking up early and working out every single day for a month will create evidence that you have the power to take an action and achieve a desired outcome. You’ll see yourself differently. You’ll reorganize your life around this new priority. You’ll eat healthier, go to sleep earlier, and narrow your focus. It creates Proof of Agency.
That has ripple effects into every area of life.
Your desire is not to become someone else, but to be more thoroughly yourself, realizing your true potential. You see your character as the clay that you will work with, slowly transforming your very weaknesses into strengths.
Claude Code + Figma Design System = ❤️
Claude Code can now generate UI design in Figma using your design system.
And the great thing is that you can do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1️⃣: Publish your design system in Figma & ask Claude Code to analyze it
Create an empty Claude Code project and submit the following prompt in it:
Prompt template:
[LINK to Figma File with your DS] This is a design system I will use for this project. Analyze it and provide a summary of your analysis.
What will happen:
Claude Code will analyse your design system and add essential details about it to the current context.
Quick note:
Make sure you have Figma MCP installed in your Claude Code.
Step 2️⃣ : Provide a link to an empty Figma file & ask Claude Code to generate UI design for you
Prompt template:
[slash]figma-generate-design [WHAT YOU WANT CLAUDE TO CREATE] [LINK TO FIGMA WORK FILE]
What will happen:
Claude Code will generate a design in real time using styles and UI components from the design system you’ve provided, and send the UI design to the Figma work file.
Step 3️⃣: Refine your design in Figma & ask Claude to Code it
You can refine your design in Figma by making direct edits or updating the styles/components in your design system. Once you're satisfied with your edits, you can ask Claude Code to code your design:
Prompt template:
[LINK TO SELECTION in FIGMA] code this design [REQUIREMENTS FOR CODE]
What will happen:
Claude Code will reach Figma for the design and use it as a reference when coding the page/screen.
Quick note: The coded version of your design won’t be a 1:1 translation from design to code. Claude Code may introduce some changes along the way.

A Monday morning question for you:
How can the work you're doing today accumulate and layer on top of what you did yesterday? Find ways to compound your efforts.
Major life hack: Stop relying on willpower.
People with higher perceived self-control expose themselves to more temptation and thus fail more frequently. Your environment determines your outcomes. Choose it wisely.
When Kobe Bryant said his insane level of confidence came from knowing he done all he could to prepare, it taught me that anytime I'm nervous it means I didn't prepare enough.
